If you are a participant or about to become a participant of the NDIS and your NDIS plan includes coordination of supports you may request our services with your choice of one of our Support Coordinators
To engage our service, we complete a service agreement first proir to commencement of supports. NDIS Endorsement can also be completed during this stage. Once this has occurred, we can then work together to implement the line items within your NDIS plan.
