Menno’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work and Diplomas in the Community Service Sectors. Menno delivers a professional high quality service allowing the participant to make educated informed choices, empowering the participant to self-determine. Menno has been involved with coordination of disability supports for 10 years and has previously worked in the capacity as a Local Area Co-ordinator. Menno has extensive knowledge of the NDIS and its processes and has a strong network and knowledge of specialised services, organisations and practitioners that can assist to meet the goals and aspirations within the participants NDIS Plan.
Menno recently worked with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Office, at Star of the Sea Catholic School, providing Social Work Services and counselling to promote the health and well-being of young children, students and their families. He also worked for the Tasmanian Education Department, at the Beaconsfield Child and Family Centre, only resigning from both due to increased NDIS commitments.
Menno has lived in Northern Tasmania for the majority of his life. He strongly promotes the health and well-being of our community and to support NDIS participants to reach their maximum personal abilities.

Neha Rani joined the M&M Support Solutions team at the end of March 2022 as a Support Coordinator.
During this time Neha has developed and extensive knowledge of the NDIS – it’s procedures, requirements and complexities. Neha has a Cert 3 in Individual Support and a Diploma in Community Services. She also does support work, assisting with community access and daily living requirements. The last few years experience have made Neha into a very competent and efficient support coordinator.

Katie Harris joined M&M Support solutions in 2018. She extended her role to include Support Coordination in 2021.
Katie has been working in the disability industry for 10 years. During this time Katie has worked in various roles including support worker, transition specialist and team leader. With M&M Support Solutions Katie has achieved her Cert 3 in Disability Supports and is currently working on her Cert 4 in Disability Supports.
Katie believes that every individual has the right to make choices and live a happy and fulfilling life.

We also have a small team of specialised Support Workers who are able to focus on capacity building supports (all supports must be aligned with the goals outlined in the participant’s NDIS plan). These include one on one support work, counselling, mentoring and short term accommodation assistance.
Our Support Work Manager is Katie Harris.
Katie currently works with a small M&M Support Solutions team of dedicated support workers to ensure all participant programs are focused on capacity building and working towards achieving the individual’s NDIS goals.
Katie believes that every individual has the right to make choices and live a happy and fulfilling life.

Upholds the National Standards in Disability
There are six National Standards that apply to Disability Service Providers.
These are:
- Rights: The service promotes individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision-making and actively prevents abuse, harm, neglect and violence.
- Participation and Inclusion: The service works with individuals and families, friends and carers to promote opportunities for meaningful participation and active inclusion in society.
- Individual Outcomes: Services and supports are assessed, planned, delivered and reviewed to build on individual strengths and enable individuals to reach their goals.
- Feedback and Complaints: Regular feedback is sought and used to inform individual and organisation-wide service reviews and improvement.
- Service Access: The service manages access, commencement and leaving a service in a transparent, fair, equal and responsive way.
- Service Management: The service has effective and accountable service management and leadership to maximise outcomes for individuals.
