Engaging M&M Support Solutions
If you are a participant or about to become a participant of the NDIS and your NDIS plan includes coordination of supports you may request our services with your choice of one of our Support Coordinators
To engage our service we complete a service agreement and then a service booking through the NDIS portal.
Once this has occurred we can work together to implement the line items within your NDIS plan.
